Anyone remember Bigg of California? George Gott?

I have 4 G-50D EL34 amps, all hacked up by me years ago.
Hard to find any info, but just wondering.

I need to start thinning the herd, and these seem quite rare, but probably not in any sort of demand.

I don't know if Gott amps are what you are talking about Ron. If so Radioactive on Audio Karma has a pair and he is fairly knowledgeable about tube gear. You might go there and send him a PM.

The stuff is just sitting, and I'd like to find a good home for it. And can use the cash.

hey guys. first time on site. I own a gott g 30u w/ the matching preamp. I am looking for another mono amp just like it if anyone knows where to find one. Also intrested in any other gott products.

can't say i remember those, yet i've seen some of both on ebay.

maybe you could show us some pictures ...

I have a G30U chassis and output transformer along with the G50D stuff.
BTW....that preamp is cool. I had one years ago.......

I have a Sam's Photofact of the "George Gott" G 30 U amp produced by Bigg of California (must have been early rap artists). I can provide scans by email if they would be useful to anyone. The circuit used 5881s in push pull.
